Account Deletion Request
Wordney allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data:
- Open the Wordney app.
- Go to Settings → Contact Us.
- In your message, state that you would like your account and associated data to be deleted.
- Please do not remove the automatically generated account information included in the email, as it is required to identify and process your request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Cloud save data
- Game progress stored on our servers
- User account records associated with the request
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required for:
- Legal obligations
- Security purposes
- Fraud prevention
- Regulatory compliance
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt.
